Not yet. Safety City Compliance has applied for a New Jersey Division of Fire Safety portable fire extinguisher contractor permit; the application is pending. We have an ICC/NAFED-certified technician and $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. The permit number appears in the footer the day it issues. Until then we coordinate extinguisher service through a permitted contractor, and we own the calendar, the paperwork, and the file. We say so plainly.
