Is Safety City up, and are alerts getting through?

This page shows whether our portal, order intake, alert channels, and alarm intake are working, plus a summary of the sites we watch. It refreshes every minute.

    Monitored sites

Counts across every site with a Safety City alert link. Site names are never shown here.

    Recent incidents (last 30 days)

Alarm and fault signals we received, with the site redacted. Open means nobody has acknowledged it yet; acknowledged means a site contact or our on-call is on it.

What this page is. A plain check on our own systems: can you reach the portal, can you file and track a request, and are email, text, voice, and push alerts configured and sending. It also shows how many alarm and fault signals are open across the sites we watch.

What this page is not. It is not a fire alarm monitoring service and it does not replace your central station, your alarm contractor, or 911. A green banner here means our software is working. It does not mean your building is safe. If you hear an alarm, see smoke, or smell gas, call 911 first and then your monitoring company.
