Alarm and fault signals we received. Site names are hidden. Open means nobody has acknowledged the signal yet. Acknowledged means a site contact or our on-call person is on it. Resolved means it has been closed out.
What this page is. A check on our own software. Can you reach the portal? Can you file and track a request? Are email, text, voice, and push alerts set up and sending? It also shows how many alarm and fault signals are open across sites with an alert link.
What this page is not. It is not a fire alarm monitoring service. It does not replace your central station, your alarm contractor, or 911. A green banner means our software is working. It does not mean your building is safe. If you hear an alarm, see smoke, or smell gas, call 911 first, then call your central station.
