The primary contact is paged automatically. Add the manager on duty, the facilities person, the captain, whoever picks up at 2 a.m. Level 1 is paged first; level 2 is paged if nobody acknowledges.

The terms, in plain language

• Twelve months, and it does not renew on its own. The agreement runs for one year from the start date. When it ends, we ask you whether you want another year. Nothing rolls over quietly.
• One written price sheet, handed to you at the walkthrough. Every service we do for you is on it. Nothing is billed that is not on that sheet.
• Found work is quoted first. If we find something that needs a repair or a part, you get it in writing before anyone touches it. You can say no, or use your own vendor.
• Cancel with thirty days' written notice. An email is fine. You pay for the work done up to that date and nothing after.
• The records are yours. The site file, the photos, the calendar, the inspection history. If you leave, they go with you, in a format the next company can read.
• What we are not. We are not the fire official, your insurer, or a law firm. We keep you on schedule and hold the file; the authority having jurisdiction has the final say. Our NJ Division of Fire Safety extinguisher contractor permit has been applied for; until it is issued, extinguisher service is coordinated through a permitted contractor.
• The website terms and privacy policy apply. Using this form and the client portal is covered by the terms of use and the privacy policy: what we collect, how alerts are sent, and why the private links have to stay private. Both open in a new tab so you do not lose your place.

Type your full name as your signature

Submitting sends the intake to Safety City Compliance and a confirmation to the primary contact's email. It does not start billing. The agreement is signed at the walkthrough, with the price sheet in hand.
